Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Products: If you received the wrong product, we will ensure the issue is resolved through a return or refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging materials.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
    This timeframe is required due to supplier constraints and warehouse handling limitations.
  • Returns for reasons such as a "change of mind" are not accepted, as per supplier policy.
  • Refunds will not be processed for minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs if the product meets the return conditions.
  • Non-Quality Related Returns: If a return is approved for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
    Return shipping must be arranged through our customer service team. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions based on your location.

Refunds

We process refunds under the following terms:

  • Full Refund: Granted for items with verified quality issues or incorrect shipments.
  • Partial Refund Without Return: In certain cases, we may offer a 30%–50% partial refund without requiring the product to be returned, to reduce processing time. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after verification or once a partial refund is agreed upon.


Non-Refundable Cases

  • Color Differences: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not grounds for a refund.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Hygiene Products: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, washed, or opened bedding items.
