Free returns within 14 days

We offer free returns within 14 days after you receive your order, provided that the item is eligible for return and meets the conditions below.

To qualify for a free return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging included.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bedding items that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or returned without the original packaging.

Return conditions
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, and inserts must be included.
  • Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
  • Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered product defects.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement, full refund, or another suitable solution after verification.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Change of mind returns

If you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Free return shipping may be available for eligible items. If a free return label is not available for your order or location, our support team will provide the best available return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-returnable cases
