Ordering & Payment

Do you accept order cancellations?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed within that window, we may not be able to cancel it. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible.

I ordered the wrong colour, size, or style. Can it be changed?

Please contact us through our contact form or Instagram as soon as possible to request a change. We will always do our best to update your order, though we cannot guarantee changes once it has been processed.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order is still being processed, message us through our contact form or Instagram and we will update the address for you. If it has already shipped, please contact the carrier as soon as possible to redirect the package or arrange local pick-up.

How can I pay for my order?

Checkout is secure and encrypted at every step. You can review the available payment options and any international shipping costs during checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Current processing time is 3–5 business days, with an extra 1–2 business days for international orders depending on the destination. Shipping then typically takes 4–9 business days. Orders ship from our studio or our California fulfilment centre. If your order is urgent, leave a note at checkout or message us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many countries, including across Europe, Australia, and Canada. Exact shipping costs are shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

As a small business, we work hard to send every order out promptly. Occasionally processing takes a little longer because of the made-to-order nature of our bedding. If you are in a hurry, reach out and we will do our best to help with faster shipping.

My order shipped but hasn’t arrived. Where is it?

Once you receive a shipping notification, your order is on its way. Tracking can sometimes take a little while to update, and carriers may see minor delays. If your order is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days after shipping), please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. If something is not quite right, reach out within 14 days through our contact form or Instagram and we will help you. For full details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Message us through our contact form or Instagram with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps. We want you to love what you sleep in, so we are always happy to help.

Sizing & Fit

What size should I choose?

Standard bed sizes can vary, and bedding dimensions may differ by roughly 5–10 cm because we work with several manufacturers whose sizing standards differ slightly. We recommend measuring your bed before ordering, or adding your measurements at checkout. If you are unsure, reach out and we will gladly help you find the right size.

What is included in a bedding set?

For sets without a sheet-type option, the package includes one duvet cover and two pillowcases; a bedsheet is not included. Where a ‘Flat’ or ‘Fitted’ option is available, the duvet cover is included. Please check the options on each product page before ordering.

Materials & Care

What are your sheets made from?

Our sheets are made from 100% cotton, and we are proud of the quality of the fabric. Rather than focusing on thread count, which depends on the thickness of each thread, we recommend reading the reviews on the product you are interested in to get a feel for the texture and quality.

How do I care for my bedding so it lasts?

Wash in cold or warm water, avoid extreme temperatures, and consider hang-drying for best results. Gentle, low-heat care helps keep the fabric soft and comfortable wash after wash.

Where is your bedding made?

Our bedding is produced in small studios in China, each working to WhisperLinens quality standards. We choose our partners carefully so that every piece feels considered, comfortable, and made to enjoy night after night.
