Do you accept order cancellations?

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Sometimes your order is processed before the 12 hours time frame, in that case your order can not be cancelled.

All orders are shipped directly from our studio in China or from our fulfillment center in California. It is our goal to make sure our customers get their order in the fastest manner. This is why we ship using priority international. It is more costly for us but you are worth it! If it is an urgent order, please leave a note letting us know during checkout or email us! Thank you for the support!

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order is still being processed, you can message us via our contact form or Insagram to change the shipping address!

If your order has shipped or was not able to be switched before shipping, please contact USPS as soon as possible to coordinate redirecting your package or arrange for local pick up. You can find your local USPS tracking number within your tracking info on the After Ship website :)

If you’ve recently moved, we highly recommend using USPS’s transfer services to have your mail forwarded for you as well! https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm

I accidentally ordered the wrong color, size, or style - can this be changed?

Please reach out to us via our contact form or Instagram as soon as possible to request a change to your order. We will always do our best to get this switched but cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations!

Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

As a small business, we do our best to ensure all orders are sent out in a timely manner! However, sometimes processing times may be delayed due to the made to order nature of our products :) We put a lot of time and care into making your dream bedding. If you are in a rush, please reach out to us via our contact form or Insagram as soon as possible to request express shipping!

My order shipped but hasn’t arrived yet - where is it?

If you have received a notification that your order has been shipped - please rest assured that it is on its way to you! Sometimes tracking websites can take longer to update and shipping companies can experience slight unexpected delays. If your order is significantly delayed (longer than 10 business days from when it was shipped) please reach out to us via our contact form or Insagram so we can look into it for you :)

What's the thread count on your sheets?

Our store actually doesn't go by thread count as thread count depends on the thickness of each thread! Our business uses only 100% cotton fabric and we are proud of its quality. If you have any concerns, please take a look at some reviews for the item you are interested in.

Do you offer international shipping to European, Australian, Canadian and other countries?

Yes, we provide international shipping to various countries, allowing you to enjoy our premium bedding and decor products. Please see shipping price during checkout. 

How do I change the shipping address?

You can email us to change the shipping address for orders that are in processing. For shipped orders, we will do our best to contact the Fedex, UPS or DHL to help change your address. Please reach out to us via our contact form or Insagram.
