For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bedding items that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or returned without the original packaging.

Change of mind returns▾

Free return shipping may be available for eligible approved returns only when confirmed by our support team or when a prepaid return label is provided. If a free return label is not available for your order, item, or location, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please do not send the item back before receiving approval from us. Returns sent without approval, to the wrong address, or outside the return window may not be accepted or refunded.
